Very different looking Jerky. Smells a bit different. Probably a little fresher smelling. First bite reminds me of Slim Jim. Has the oily garlic flavour. Very juicy bites. Thicker too. Feels a bit hard while tearing, but much softer while chewing. A very very mild soft fried bacon consistency..
Is probably a bit fattier than most jerky. Really enjoyed the new taste. Of all the different kinds of beef jerky I've tasted till now, this one has been the most different. Even Alligator couldn't beat this one in being different!
